Your File Preparation Checklist for Your Custom Food Packaging
Excellent printing company and services! Ordered custom pouches (6 colors, 3 sizes) and tissue (2 sizes) from them. As a start-up co. I did so much research on product, quality, graphics and couldn't be more happy of the Final Quality received, their competitive price (trust me I did my thorough research -even one of the largest US label/bag companies prints in Taiwan which is where this co. prints as well) and top-notch customer service. Starting from receiving initial samples via Int'l FedEx (received in 48 hrs. since requested), receiving quotes, templates...lots of back and forth regarding custom graphics but I don't think there's any company who could translate graphics in one go, and their CS team is located in the Philippines which I leveraged to my full advantage (*as I work after US 9-5pm Hours and they're awake) Definitely will re-order and contemplating on moving forward with their labels which seems like their core product to begin with.
I have contacted many printing places for labels and packaging. Inkable Label was BY FAR the BEST customer service I've had. Not to mention their costs were the lowest I could find! To top it off, and what completely blew me away, was the quality of the product! We have so many people say how they love the packaging for our Super Salad Bar, I can not thank this company enough. I expected the printed colors to be brighter than what I received. Inkable Label Co. rectified the situation and we adjusted based on the hard proof and the color swatches they sent from their CMYK book. Didn't know screen color was tricky. Overall very happy with the final results.
