If you are printing your tissue paper for the first time and want to make sure you get the results you are after, an on-press sample or “hard proof” is the final pre-production step before printing the whole run. This will use the same inks and same paper as your order so that you can see the quality, layout, and print and tissue color in person, to check for any adjustments, if and when necessary. This is available for a nominal fee, and will be shipped to you for checking before the actual print run.

We print and cut your tissue paper to the exact size you need. Shipping is free US-wide, and you pay for no extra setup fees, which means that the quote you get on this page is final, with no hidden fees.

The Pantone Matching System is a standard color reproduction system. Since it encompasses a wide color gamut, you can print colors that can’t be perfectly reproduced using the standard 4-color process inks. This will help you make sure you get the color match you require. Keep in mind that tissue paper is not opaque, making the prints somewhat translucent, and colored tissue is also a factor in how the inks translate on the stock.

Metallic inks are fine, reflective, metal flakes in a clear base, making these inks opaque, unlike the other inks. These are a bit more to chalking. While they add luster, these shouldn’t be compared to the true metal appearance of foil stamping.

FSC or Forest Stewardship Council certification ensures the tissue you are getting comes from sustainably-harvested forests, which simply means that the paper produced is from a renewable source. Apart from our FSC colored options below, we also have standard white FSC tissue stock if you are concerned about how a colored background will interact with your colored print.

Environmentally friendly options: Vegetable based inks are sustainable, safe, and more vibrant. This requires less pigment on the press to create great results, making your tissue paper less likely to have ink rub off on your hands.

Tissue colors displayed on screen may not be accurately represented due to variations in screen contrast and color calibration. If you require tissue samples, contact us with the specific stocks you are after.

To get the most accurate color, input the PMS (Pantone) color that you require for tissue paper printing. As all monitors are calibrated differently, please use the ink swatches as guides for general reference only.

NOTE: White ink printing on tissue paper stock may show through when printing on colored tissue paper.

Gloss Laminate

Gloss Laminate makes your custom labels extremely smooth and allows them to reflect a lot of light, which is why it gives a shiny coat on your labels.

Because it does reflect a lot of light, this coating reproduces vibrant color and delivers sharper detail due to higher contrast wherein are darker and highlights are brighter.

Matte Laminate

Mate laminate dulls down your custom labels, for a flat , non-shiny label finish.

Colors are duller or “flat”, with less contrast. Matte coating is forgiving with low-resolution prints and provides for a refined appearance. Your labels develop with printed colors that are soft and muted.

Holographic Gloss Laminate

Holographic gloss laminate may look barefaced at certain angels, but once this stunning coating catches light, a transparent rainbox prism appears on the surface of your labels as they are tilted.
